Christian Wille is a Senior Researcher at the University of Luxembourg, head of the interdisciplinary center of expertise “UniGR-Center for Border Studies” and deputy director of the trinational Master in Border Studies. He teaches cultural border studies, works on border complexities, is a founding member of the working groups “Cultural Border Studies”, “Bordertextures”, “LABOR SwissLux - Labour across Borders” and co-editor of the series “Border Studies: Cultures, Spaces, Orders” (Nomos). He was a visiting scholar at Saarland University (2019), European University Flensburg (2021) and European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) (2022). After studying intercultural communication and French cultural studies at Saarland University, completing a double doctorate in Saarland and Luxembourg with a doctoral thesis in cultural geography, he worked for the Université de Lorraine, the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and the Interregional Labour Market Observatory of the Greater Region. www.wille.lu
